Do you offer international shipping?

You will enjoy free international delivery for all orders over USD 300. We currently ship internationally to 23 markets, including Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macao SAR, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States.

What are my shipping charges?

Orders over USD 300 will be eligible for free shipping. If your order is below USD 300, shipping charges will vary based on the delivery address and your chosen shipping method.

How long does shipping take?

Standard order processing takes up to 2 business days. Please keep in mind that during peak periods, processing times may exceed two business days.

If you place an order after 11:00 AM (EST), it may be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 8:00 AM (EST).

What is The Future Rocks warranty?

Jewelry purchased from The Future Rocks starting from June 16th, 2023, is warranted against any manufacturing defect for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This means they will repair or replace any jewelry piece with a defect caused during manufacturing, free of charge, within this timeframe.

What should I do if my 2-year warranty expires?

Unfortunately, their warranty only covers manufacturing defects for 2 years. If your warranty has expired, any repairs or services will be subject to a service charge. You can contact our customer service team for more information and pricing regarding repairs after the warranty period.

Under what condition can I repair my purchase from The Future Rocks?

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, such as faulty clasps, loose stones due to poor setting, or broken chains. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

How do I process my warranty claim?

If your jewelry piece falls within the 2-year warranty period and seems to have a manufacturing defect, you can contact our customer service team. We will ask for photos of the damage and possibly the original purchase receipt. Once we confirm the issue is a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for repair or replacement, usually at no cost to you.

Add three drops of lemon essential oil to a half cup of witch hazel or vinegar. Let your jewelry sit for five minutes, and wipe with a soft polishing cloth if necessary. Rinse with clean water.

For plated pieces:

When treating plated pieces, gentleness is key. Do not scrub or use a polishing cloth, as this will damage the coating. Rub the surface gently with a soft jewelry cloth. 

For raw brass and sterling silver jewelry, polish finish:
